Emmanuel Norman Nakhokho l have a registered company by the names of Bunabumali Juice Company limited it has been granted fully rights of operating locally and internationally. The aims and objectives:) To carry business of all types of juices,art and crafts) To import and export all other related products) To manufacture both natural and artificial buttons,beads,threads,, jewels and table clothes) To make business of art and crafts ,paints, and paintings, on retail and wholesale local and international) To carry out the business of fruit farming f) To make all kinds of art and crafts,Varnished skins/hides,,horns,trophies, decorations etc) To act as agent or broker with any firm to transact business as this should help the project GSON) To combine or emerge with any organizations or international companies undertaking business as this should help the project) To locate market for other international products by establishing grocery shops,supermarkets,hotels, etc. Bunabumali Juice company ltd was Incorporated on 5th/Feb/2008 as a private company limited by shares and the shareholders are :Brenda D.T.Flores and Emmanuel N.Norman. The company has a working force of two 2 directors and the secretary (Irene N Aidah) The company's resolution is that all assets belong to the charity (Good Samaritan orphans & Needy school) and by the time of winding up the remaining funds should be valued and 50% goes to the charity and 50% should be shared by the two directors.And this should be in special accordance with the rights of the members and guidance of the two directors unless otherwise indicated. Emmanuel N Norman has been entrusted by friends across the world to establish Market for the art and crafts of which the funds will help the Charity GSON in different ways. The art and crafts are being made by community members of the project and we intend to uplift the house hold income of the members and children attain life skills of being job makers other than job seekers.
